Natural salt has plenty of minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and calcium, all said to boost metabolism, prevent chronic diseases, and enhance brain activity.



By developing our own, completely original method, we have been successful in crystallizing the mineral equilibrium of Okinawan seawater as salt. Numerous chefs all over Japan have become dedicated users of our salt, which is renowned to be especially flavorful and contains over 21 varieties of minerals. We have received the gold prize from the Monde Selection, the Michelin guide for consumer products, consistently since 2002.
